  • Zach Howes

    CEO

    Zach is the CEO and founder of Taylor Electrical Corp. established in 2018, and is responsible for the overall leadership of the company. Zach is actively involved in every project at Taylor Electrical Corp. He makes it a requirement to work with reputable general contractors, so that, together, we can provide our clients with quality electrical work.

  • Mychal Kirschbaum

    COO

    Mychal graduated with an Associate Degree in General Education at Orange Coast College in 1991. He became an electrican in 1995 and has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of electrical construction from a hands-on electrician, project management to operations director.

  • Eric Rameriz

    Senior Estimator

    Eric moved from North Carolina in 2019 to start work with Taylor Electrical Corp. He has been in the trade for 20 years and has experienced a magnitude of electrical knowledge to perfect his trade. Since joining the electrical estimating department, he has increased his knowledge of what it takes to properly manage and quote many different size projects.

  • Whitney Rameriz

    Administrative Assistant/HR/Payroll

    Whitney joined the Taylor Electrical Corp Team in 2022. In her role as Administrative Assistant she is responsible for supporting management and field employees. Whitney oversees all day to day office operations including HR and payroll.

  • Mike Lagunas

    Project Engineer

    Mike is responsible for managing projects and technical aspects. This includes coordinating with various teams, managing schedules, ensuring adherance to quality standards, and providing technical guidance to team members.

  • Kyle Hively

    Field Superintendent

    Kyle oversees the daily activities of contractors, foremen and workers at a worksite to ensure projects follow schedules. He is also responsible for coordinating the procurement, delivery and placement of mateialsand equipment on-site as required to execute each phase of a construction project.

  • Guillermo Silva

    Field Superintendent

    Guillermo is responsible for supervising the planning and installation of electrical systems in new and existing construction.
